Why is your regular consulting availability mainly Friday?
Executive Fusion is intentionally a limited-availability advisory practice. That makes it best suited to focused sessions, defined reviews, workshops, mentoring and project support rather than full-time interim assignments.
Can you work globally?
Yes. Most expert sessions, mentoring, project clinics, document reviews and course-design work can be delivered remotely worldwide. Onsite work is considered separately where the scope and location make sense.
Do you work onsite?
Yes, particularly across Hampshire and the South of England, where the scope and timing suit the engagement.
Can we start with one hour?
Yes. That is the point. If an hour is enough to move the problem, there is no reason to sell you a larger engagement.
Is certification included in the Lean Six Sigma programmes?
Yes. The relevant ILSSI examination and certification are included in the Yellow, Green and Black Belt programme prices. Certification is awarded by the International Lean Six Sigma Institute (ILSSI) on successful completion; Executive Fusion provides the accredited learning pathway and practitioner mentoring.
